QuickBooks is a new connector. Link it once with Intuit and an agent can read your books — invoices, customers, payments, and the accounting reports your accountant works from.
There is no API key to create and nothing to paste. You sign in with Intuit, pick which company to share, and approve read-only access. Vasco keeps track of which company you chose, so there's no account ID to look up.
Nothing is copied into Vasco. When an agent needs a number it queries QuickBooks at that moment, so the answer is whatever your books say right then — there is no sync to wait for and no overnight staleness.
Connect the source. Data Hub → Connectors → Sources, then QuickBooks under Billing & Finance. Sign in with Intuit and approve.
Give an agent the tool. On the agent, open Tools, link QuickBooks, and enable Read live data.
Ask it something. "What did we invoice last quarter?" · "Show me aged receivables over 60 days." · "Pull the P&L for H1 on a cash basis."
Read-only, and provably so. Only two read endpoints are reachable, both GET. An agent cannot create, edit, void or delete anything in your books.
No MRR or ARR from QuickBooks. QuickBooks has no subscription object, and an invoice generated from a recurring template carries no link back to it — so recurring revenue can't be derived from the books reliably. Ask what was billed, collected and outstanding, and keep MRR on a source that models subscriptions.
Agents, not metrics. It doesn't feed your customer journey model, so connecting it changes nothing about your existing dashboards.
Rolling out gradually — if QuickBooks isn't in your Sources list yet, contact Support and we'll enable it.
